We reserve the right to decline service to any individual we deem unsuitable based on clinical assessment. Eligibility is determined solely by our prescribing clinicians and pharmacist.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical consultation and prescriber approval. No prescription will be issued without a thorough review of your submitted health information.
Our pharmacist will review and approve all prescriptions before dispensing. We may contact you to request further information before processing your order. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete health information. Providing false or misleading information may result in serious health risks and termination of your account.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within our pharmacy and are non-transferable. Repeat prescriptions are subject to regular clinical review and are not guaranteed.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price quoted at checkout.

Approved orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery timescales may vary during public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where applicable. We cannot accept liability for delays caused by Royal Mail or third-party couriers once items have been dispatched.

You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medications under UK medicines legislation.
Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with our complaints procedure.
